How your trees get planted
Short version: you pay the same price, the brand pays us for sending you, and we put that into a real tree. 🌳
1.You shop the way you already do
You buy from the brand's own store, at the brand's own price. Greenzo never adds a markup, and we never ask you to pay anything extra. If the price looks different from shopping direct, something is wrong — tell us.
2.The brand pays us for sending you
Brands spend money to reach new customers. When you arrive through Greenzo, that spend comes to us instead of to an ad platform. Nothing about your purchase changes — the money simply lands somewhere better.
3.We turn that into a real tree
We put that money into planting, so your ordinary purchase quietly does something for the planet. That is the whole idea: you did not pay more, and a tree exists that otherwise would not.
4.It gets planted after your order confirms
We wait until the retailer confirms your order is real and not returned. That is why a tree can sit as "reserved" for a while — we would rather show you a slower number than a number that is not true.
Where the trees actually go
Every Greenzo tree is planted with Cauvery Calling, a farmer-led effort revitalising the Cauvery river basin in southern India. Not a logo on a page — actual saplings, in actual soil, planted by farmers who tend them.
What we will never do
- Charge you more than shopping direct. Not now, not quietly, not ever.
- Count a tree before it is funded. Reserved means reserved; planted means planted.
- Round a number up to look better. Small and true beats big and vague.
